★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei o serviço de assessoria, mas nunca tive nenhum apoio, meu processo foi feito diversas errado e tive que ir no detran umas 3, 4 vezes, mas, enfim apesar de não terem me ajudado em nada, nesta parte a culpa não foi deles.
A questão com eles foi que quando começou a epidemia paralisaram meu processo dizendo que o Detran fechou, mesmo todo o processo sendo feito de forma on-line alegavam isso. Insistia que tinha ligado em outras empresas de assessoria e que me informaram que o processo se mantinha normal pois tudo é feito on-line, mas eles continuavam a dizer que não e inclusive me sugeriram a procurar então está outra assessoria. Enfim, foi o que fiz E saiu toda a documentação em 7 dias, mas tive que pagar outra.
Ainda tiveram a cara de pau de me ligar 2 meses depois que eu já estava com o carro dizendo que o Detran voltou. Não recomendo a ninguém, só dor de cabeça e péssimo serviço.

The issue with them was that when the epidemic started, they stopped my process saying that Detran closed, even though the whole process was done online, they claimed that. He insisted that he had called other advisory companies and that they informed me that the process was normal since everything is done online, but they continued to say no and even suggested that I look for another consultancy. Anyway, that's what I did And all the documentation came out in 7 days, but I had to pay another one.
They still had the nerve to call me 2 months after I already had the car saying that Detran came back. I don't recommend it to anyone, just a headache and terrible service.
