★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui informada que o meu carro tinha batido o motor e que o valor do concerto era 4 mil. Outro mecânico descobriu o problema em 15 minutos, fazendo testes básicos. Era um simples vazamento de óleo. Uma coisa é você cobrar um valor justo pela sua estrutura (que de fato hoje é a maior do bairro) outra bem bem diferente é ser desonesto.
I was informed that my car had hit the engine and that the price of the concert was 4 thousand. Another mechanic discovered the problem in 15 minutes, doing basic tests. It was a simple oil leak. It's one thing to charge a fair amount for your structure (which is actually the largest in the neighborhood today) and quite another to be dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho problema nenhum com valores, acho que se o profissional é bom ele pode cobrar em cima do seu conhecimento e experiência. Já me foi passado um orçamento de R$700 e quando questionei e não vi necessidade do concerto me disseram que tinha uma segunda opção mais prática e por menos da metade do valor. Porque não me passaram essa opção antes? Fica o questionamento.
Fora outras coisinhas pequenas que já me aconteceram. Não levo mais o meu carro nesse local. Não me sinto confiante.
O fato de vc não saber quem vai no seu estabelecimento e os erros que vc comete já diz muita coisa! Quando a gente erra, a gente assumi o erro e pede desculpas e não tenta ficar se justificando pra ninguém! Estive sim algumas vezes pra nunca mais!!!
I have no problem with values, I think that if the professional is good he can charge based on his knowledge and experience. Why didn't you give me that option before? The question remains.
Other small things that have happened to me. I don't take my car there anymore. I don't feel confident.
The fact that you don't know who's going to your establishment and the mistakes you make already says a lot! When we make mistakes, we assume the mistake and apologize and do not try to justify ourselves to anyone! Yes I have been a few times to never again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da forma que a empresa presta seu serviço,na transparência em mostrar o serviço executado e as peças danificadas que foram removidas,tinha um celta 2008 que sempre mexi lá,e hoje tenho um Corsa wind 95 que levei lá pra fazer alguns reparos,vale ressaltar que no celta gastei em torno de uns 4 mil e no Corsa até o momento foi quase o mesmo valor.
E o Corsa entrou andando e saiu falhando.
Tive que procurar outro mecânico,pois eles não conseguiram achar o defeito.
Só tenho uma observação a fazer:
Trate os veículos mais velhos com o mesmo carinho que vocês tem com os mais novos, pois isso agrada o cliente.
