★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha ido ao Azougue antes da pandemia e gostado. Entretanto, infelizmente minha última visita foi uma verfadeira decepção. Apesar do ambiente muito bonito, reformado e com uma decoração interessante, o restaurante peca no principal: sabor e zelo com a comida. Pedimos de entrada pão de alho, que estava completamente mole, e cheguei a encontrar um pedaço inteiro de alho. Ainda pedi pra assar mais um pouco pra ver se melhorava mas permaneceu murcho do mesmo jeito. Zero cuidado no preparo da comida. A sensação que se tem é que se está numa franquia fast food mesmo. Como prato principal pedimos a fraldinha que veio super borrachuda, acompanhava arroz biro biro (a batata que vinha por cima estava super murcha e nada crocante) e o arroz sem tempero nenhum. Por fim, o atendimento também, deixou muito a desejar. Era uma dificuldade imensa para pedir, parecia que os garçons estavam dispersos e sempre correndo. Não recomendo, se quiser comer uma carne de qualidade existem outros restaurantes muito tradicionais na cidade.
 I had already been to Azougue before the pandemic and liked it. However, unfortunately my last visit was a real disappointment. Despite the very beautiful environment, renovated and with an interesting decoration, the restaurant lacks in the main thing: taste and care with the food. We ordered garlic bread for starters, which was completely soft, and I found a whole piece of garlic. I even asked to bake a little more to see if it improved but it remained wilted all the same. Zero care in food preparation. It feels like you're in a fast food franchise. For main course we ordered the flank steak which came super rubbery, accompanied by biro biro rice (the potato on top was super wilted and not crunchy) and the rice without any seasoning. Finally, the service also left a lot to be desired. It was extremely difficult to order, it seemed that the waiters were scattered and always running. I don't recommend it, if you want to eat quality meat there are other very traditional restaurants in town.
