Mandei mensagem um dia antes da minha chegada, confirmando se poderia ligar no horário que eu chegaria para me pegarem no aeroporto de Salvador, disseram que sim, somente solicitar por telefone. Dia 14/12/19 cheguei 4 da manhã, o telefone deles estava desligado. Fui de táxi! Ao questionar com o recepcionista ele foi extremamente grosseiro, irônico e sínico, com um péssimo atendimento. Nunca vi tamanho desrespeito, deveria ao menos ter pedido desculpas e assumido o erro, mas ele foi sínico ao extremo!!! Péssima experiência.
 Terrible !!! I texted the day before my arrival, confirming if I could call at the time I would arrive to pick me up at Salvador airport, they said yes, just request by phone. 12/14/19 arrived 4 am, their phone was off. I went by taxi! When questioning with the receptionist he was extremely rude, ironic and sinister, with poor service. I have never seen such disrespect, should at least have apologized and made the mistake, but he was sinic to the extreme !!! Poor experience.

Comprei o Voucher pelo site para 18 dias, confesso que fiquei um pouco apreensiva de início devido à alguns comentários negativos, pois não conhecia o estabelecimento, no entanto, me surpreendi com todo o atendimento, o serviço de traslado é impecável , os funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Custo x benefício excepcional.
Parabéns ao AZ Park pela excelência no serviço prestado.
Exceeded my expectations!!! I bought the Voucher through the website for 18 days, I confess that I was a little apprehensive at first due to some negative comments, as I did not know the establishment, however, I was surprised with all the service, the transfer service is impeccable, the staff helpful and attentive. Exceptional cost-benefit.
Congratulations to AZ Park for its excellent service.

Ja tive vários inconvenientes ao tentar usar carros de aplicativos para translado para o aeroporto desde valores a carros que não comportavam as malas ( alguns usam kit gás e na mala não cabe quase nada) devido a isto na minha última viagem resolvi deixar o carro no estacionamento e pagar as diárias dos dias que passaria fora. Foi a melhor coisa que eu fiz ainda mais comprando pelo site ( obtive um ótimo desconto) viagei no período da madrugada não precisei incomodar ninguém nem ficar refém do Uber chegando no estacionamento foi conduzido de forma rápida para o aeroporto de forma organizada e confortável. Só tenho elogios
Cool. I've had several drawbacks when trying to use airport transfer application cars from valuables to non-luggage carrying cars (some use gas kit and in the trunk hardly fit anything) due to this on my last trip I decided to leave the car in the parking lot and pay the daily rates of the days that would pass away. It was the best thing I did even more buying through the site (got a great discount) I traveled in the early hours I didn't have to bother anyone or being held hostage by Uber arriving in the parking lot was quickly and organizedly and comfortably driven to the airport. I only have compliments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço é bem mais em conta que o estacionamento do aeroporto, o estacionamento é bom e perto do aeroporto. Nos levaram mas não buscaram. Fiquei muito decepcionada na volta, pois liguei várias vezes, mandei mensagem pelo WhatsApp, esperei uns quarenta minutos e nada de me responderem ou atender o telefone. Nem o fixo atendiam. Estava com uma bebê recém-nascida e foi muito desgastante. Por fim precisei chamar um Uber para nos levar até o estacionamento. Reclamei quando cheguei, havia uma van parada e se quer se desculparam ou responderam a minha reclamação. Falta de profissionalismo.
The price is much more affordable than the airport parking, the parking is good and close to the airport. They took us but did not seek. I was very disappointed on the way back, because I called several times, texted WhatsApp, waited about forty minutes and nothing was answered or answered the phone. Not even the landline answered. I had a newborn baby and it was very exhausting. Finally I had to call an Uber to take us to the parking lot. I complained when I arrived, there was a van parked and if they either apologized or responded to my complaint. Lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fornecem mais o translado para o aeroporto nem na ida nem na volta. É um barato que torna as coisas insertas, o horário de chegada ao aeroporto vai depender de outro transporte, taxi ou aplicativo. Já foi melhor.
They no longer provide transfers to the airport either on the way or on the way back. It's a cheap thing that makes things inserted, the arrival time at the airport will depend on another transport, taxi or application. Already was better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui recebido com muita atenção e deixei o carro pra fazer minha viagem. Me recomendaram o melhor ponto para estacionar devido ao tamanho do carro. Retornarei para avaliar no fechamento das diárias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local sem sinalização e placa de indicação ou endereço. Google não indica local corretamente. Não tem escritório ou ambiente para aguardar a retirada do veículo. Fui bem atendido , mas estrutura ao cliente é precária. Basicamente um estacionamento para veículos.
Location without signage and signage or address. Google does not indicate location correctly. There is no office or environment to wait for the vehicle to be picked up. I was well attended, but the customer structure is precarious. Basically a car park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usei o estacionamento em uma viagem de 7 dias e deixei meu carro , ocorreu tudo bem. A vaga é coberta, o espaço entre as vagas é pequeno. R$ 14 a diaria. O Que perde estrela é a falta de transporte para o aeroporto. O atendimento é fraco, quando fui deixar meu carro era de madrugada e o atendente estava dormindo um sono profundo e foi difícil acorda-lo,rsrsrs.
I used the parking lot on a 7 day trip and left my car, everything went fine. The space is covered, the space between spaces is small. R$14 daily. What loses star is the lack of transport to the airport. The service is poor, when I went to leave my car it was at dawn and the attendant was sleeping soundly and it was difficult to wake him up, lol.
