★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline in the world. They canceled my flight and put me on this broken bus that almost killed us. The 6 hour drive took 11 hours because the tire exploded. Azul has never given my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our travel disrupted coming to São Paulo and was late getting to our flight. The guy at the service desk spoke very good English and was so helpful getting us on another flight. The airport is relatively new, very clean and everyone very helpful in advising us. Definitely recommend as an airline
