As encomendas chegam super rapido. Em 3 ou 4 dias já recebo minhas encomendas que foram bem transportadas sem nenhuma avaria na caixa.
Já tive várias encomendas que me foram enviadas na sexta-feira e que chegaram na minha casa na segunda-feira seguinte.
Recomendo 100% a Azul Cargo. Atendimento excelente por todos os funcionários da empresa, tanto no escritório quanto pelos entregadores.
O frete é barato, rápido e de qualidade, por isso tem meu respeito e admiração.

Orders arrive super fast. In 3 or 4 days I already receive my orders that were well transported without any damage to the box.
I have had several parcels sent to me on Friday and arrived at my house the following Monday.
I recommend 100% Azul Cargo. Excellent service by all company employees, both in the office and by couriers.
Shipping is cheap, fast and quality, so you have my respect and admiration.

Te atendem mal, as encomendas quando chegam na cidade demoram mais para ser entregues do que no trânsito da origem até a cidade via aéreo. Um absurdo. Demora mais pra viajar 5km dentro da cidade do que 1200km no país. Você tenta reclamar e eles te ignoram, fingem que não é com eles. Fui reclamar no Instagram e a feliz ideia super madura deles foi: me bloquear! Sério!???!?!?! Que profissionalismo.
Bad experience. The service at the Conquista store is worse than the post office. They serve you badly, orders when they arrive in the city take longer to be delivered than in the transit from the origin to the city by air. Absurd. It takes longer to travel 5km inside the city than 1200km in the country. You try to complain and they ignore you, pretend you're not with them. I went to complain on Instagram and their happy super mature idea was: block me! Seriously!???!?!?! What professionalism.

Não basta falar o que está enviando tem que abrir o pacote e depois pedem para embrulhar de novo, nada haver isso.
Service leaves something to be desired...
It's not enough to say what you're sending, you have to open the package and then ask to wrap it again, nothing to do with that.
