 At the Restaurante Azul, which is part of the Hotel Canto das Águas, we order 1 fish moqueca and 1 shrimp with a typical Bahian seasoning and different flavor. We receive courteous and diligent service. It is worth it. We certainly recommend the visit.

It was good, but the two times I went, it left something to be desired. Now the steak was reasonable, but full of nerves that compromised the dish. Service was good, but I won't be back. I have been attending for more than seven years

Ambiente bem refinado à beira do riacho da entrada da cidade com vista para suas pedras lindas que dão um charme especial. Mesas com luz de velas dão um clima intimista, que é complementado pela decoração rústica que já vem de todo o hotel. Pratos bem saborosos e preço muito justo pelo padrão. Pedimos para alterar a moqueca de peixe lara camarão com os acompanhamentos que queríamos e fomos prontamente atendidos. Serviram um couvert cortesia com um azeite trufado condimentado e um pãozinho maravilhoso de entrada. Atendimento excelente com destaque para a Daiane que apresenta sempre um largo sorriso espontâneo e típico da região. Já tinha ido há mais de 7 anos e o padrão se manteve irretocável. Certamente tem uma ótima gestão. Fica na entrada do centro histórico de Lençóis e vale a caminhada para uma ótima experiência gastronômica.
It is the most refined hotel restaurant in the city. And it follows the same line. Well-refined environment by the creek at the entrance to the city, overlooking its beautiful stones that give it a special charm. Candlelit tables provide an intimate atmosphere, which is complemented by the rustic decor that comes throughout the hotel. Very tasty dishes and very fair price by the standard. We asked to change the fish moqueca lara shrimp with the accompaniments we wanted and were promptly attended to. They served a complimentary couvert with spiced truffled oil and a wonderful starter roll. Excellent service, especially Daiane, who always has a wide and spontaneous smile, typical of the region. I've been there for over 7 years and the pattern has remained impeccable. It certainly has great management. It is located at the entrance to the historic center of Lençóis and is worth the walk for a great gastronomic experience.

Fomos no restaurante no dia da nossa chegada à Chapada, que foi cansativa. Por isso, optamos por algo mais reservado e apenas com o barulho do rio, que passa ao lado do restaurante.
Restaurant at the Hotel Canto das Águas. Great option for those who want a more "fine" food. The cost is higher compared to other restaurants. The food was delicious and the service excellent.
We went to the restaurant on the day of our arrival in Chapada, which was tiring. Therefore, we opted for something more reserved and only with the noise of the river, which passes next to the restaurant.
