E comecei a levar todas as roupas que tinha para ajustar no local, levei vez por vez um macacão para diminuir a barra e ainda fazer mascaras com a sobra retirada, levei uns shorts de tecido e todos muito bem ajustados, porem um dos shorts não foi feito o que eu pedi e quando fui usar o short comecou a descosturar na rua!
Lavei o short e voltei no local e eles pareciam duvidar de mim e anotaram meu telefone.
Virei as costas e notei que não me deram nada(papel) , questionei e disseram que iriam me ligar.
Sendo que todas as outras vezes que eu levei nuncame ligaram para avisar de um conserto pronto, dai tive a ideia de pegar de volta e levar para consertar no shopping, é mais caro porém são super profissionais e dão todo auxílio que o cliente precisa.
Perderam uma cliente nova que estava gostando muito da qualidade do serviço!
Mas infelizmente não sabem assumir um erro.
I got to know the place after a bad experience in the region and just loved it! And I started to take all the clothes I had to adjust in place, I took a jumpsuit to reduce the bar and still make masks with the remainder removed, I took some fabric shorts and they were all very well adjusted, but one of the shorts was not done what I asked for and when I went to wear shorts I started to sew on the street!
I washed my shorts and came back on the spot and they seemed to doubt me and wrote down my phone.
I turned my back and noticed that they didn't give me anything (paper), questioned them and said they would call me.
Since every other time I took nuncame they called to warn of a ready repair, so I had the idea to take it back and take it to fix it at the mall, it is more expensive but they are super professional and give all the help that the customer needs.
They lost a new customer who was really enjoying the quality of the service!
But unfortunately, they don't know how to assume an error.
