★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem minha experiência no começo foi muito boa comecei a trabalhar com várias promessas hora extra adicional noturno feriados e domingos a 100% uma oportunidade de emprego dada fiquei muito feliz só que no dia dia comecei a entender que não era bem assim mas acabei aceitando pela necessidade de suster minha casa, passei 11 meses trabalhando tive uma necessidade de passar na minha casa não consegui avisar ninguém pois o turno que liguei não me retornou pois teria que fazer uma entrega em um local sem recurso nenhum aí fui simplesmente desligado da empresa sem poder explicar e nem argumentar o por que alterei a rota nem me justificar por nada não tive penalidade alguma advertência suspensão nada só fui como um colega de trabalho disse de spejado
Well my experience in the beginning was very good I started to work with several promises additional nighttime overtime, holidays and Sundays at 100% a job opportunity given I was very happy, but on the day I started to understand that it wasn't quite like that but I ended up accepting it out of necessity. to support my house, I spent 11 months working I had a need to spend at my house I couldn't notify anyone because the shift I called did not return me because I had to make a delivery to a place without any resources, so I was simply dismissed from the company without being able to explain and neither arguing why I changed the route nor justifying myself for anything I had no penalty any warning suspension nothing I was just like a co-worker said despejado
