★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi negociado para retirar hoje, e aí na hora de retirar a loja tá fechada em horário comercial, ninguém atende nem telefone nem, e aí liguei na central a moça falou que o único responsável pela loja "saiu comprar um produtos e já volta" quase meia hora parado na rua esperando abrirem porque não tem um pingo de organização e respeito pelos negócios acordados... Agora são 17:45 e nem encerrou e falou que chega em 15min, pelo amor de Deus.
It was negotiated to remove today, and then when it is time to remove the store it is closed during business hours, no one answers either the phone, and then I called the central, the girl said that the only person in charge of the store "went out to buy a product and is back" almost half an hour standing in the street waiting for them to open because they don’t have an ounce of organization and respect for the agreed deals… Now it’s 5:45 pm and it didn’t even end and said it will arrive in 15 minutes, for God's sake.

Não entregam a encomenda no prazo solicitado, e ainda exigem que o cliente pague adiantado. Descaso total!
I do not recommend.
