Passaram mais de 40 dias com o meu produto (Geladeira), no galpão de Maceió, a 100 Km do local da entrega.
Mentiram para mim e para a empresa contratante (FRIOPEÇAS), relatando uma entrega não existente; depois disso, agravaram a mentira afirmando que houve recusa no recebimento da mercadoria; e ainda, na maior cara de pau, chegaram a justificar que não conseguiam encontrar o endereço descrito na nota fiscal, localizado às margens da AL 220. - Por fim, para azedar ainda mais a situação, acreditem, após tanto tempo de espera, de maneira deprimente, tentaram entregar o produto quase às 19:00 horas de um sábado, gravemente Arranhado e Amassado.
Ou seja, já aqui avisados, cai quem quiser!

They spent more than 40 days with my product (Refrigerator), in the Maceió warehouse, 100 km from the delivery location.
They lied to me and to the contracting company (FRIOPEÇAS), reporting a non-existent delivery; after that, they aggravated the lie stating that there was a refusal to receive the goods; and even more, they even went so far as to justify that they could not find the address described in the invoice, located on the banks of AL 220. - Finally, to make the situation even more sour, believe me, after so long waiting, In a depressing way, they tried to deliver the product at almost 7:00 pm on a Saturday, badly Scratched and Crumpled.
In other words, already warned here, whoever wants to fall!
