Vendendoras atenciosas.
Mas a gerente da loja a proprietaria vai ter rever as suas atitudes..
Estive quinze dias atras e comprei uma boleira de inox com tampa ...paguei 71,90
A vendedora me informou ,vou pegar uma nova na caixa ,ate entao falei ok!
Gastei no total 248,00
Sempre que vou a esta loja ,acabo levando bastantes objetos..
A compra foi no dia 12/04/07
Chegando em casa ,fui abrir a caixa p minha surpresa estava toda riscada a peça..
Fui ontem trocar a peça dia 25/04/17
Esta gerente de ontem ,ja logo cara falou que a tampa da boleira nem era da loja e que nao iria trocar a peça..
Falei :se acha que vou usar e peça estragar e vir trocar ..
Nao faço estes tipo coisa ,so ela faz isso.. muito arrogante alem de tudo..
Pra mim nao serve p ser gerente coisa nenhuma..
Tenho minha conciencia tranquila..
Achei ate a vendedora por equivoco colocou p mim a que estava à exposição..
Como disse ,sempre compro alguma coisa desta loja
E ate ja troquei mercadoria por outra ..
E fui bem atendida pelo outra gerente
( uma que estava gravida)
Mas esta gerente ,pois a minha palavra em dúvida, eu nao preciso fazer isso...
Com meu descontamento ,nao quis mais levar o objeto
Deixei no balcao p p quisesse levar e fazer bom aproveito..
tentei ligar na loja p explicar p a proprietaria,mas nao sei o o que ocorre
Mas nao deixam..
Por isso que deixei aqui registrada..
Espero que o consumidor tenha seu valor e dar creditos em suas palavras..
Faltou isto nesta gerente...

I don't do these kinds of things, only she does it ... very arrogant besides everything ...
It doesn't serve me to be a manager at all.
I have my quiet conscience ..
I even found the saleswoman by mistake put me the one who was on display.
As I said, I always buy something from this store
And I even traded goods for another ..
And I was well attended by the other manager
(one who was pregnant)
But this manager, because my word is in doubt, I don't need to do this ...
With my discount, I didn't want to take the object anymore
I left it at the counter p p wanted to take and make good use of it ..
I tried to call the store to explain to the owner, but I don't know what happens
But they don't let ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gerente da loja é super grossa, mal educada bate de frente com o cliente. Além.de tudo que passei com ela, na hora de embrulhar os vasos de vários delicados, ela passou somente duas folhas de papel, sendo que tinha um rolo de plástico bolha atrás dela... Qd questionei sobre a sensibilidade dos vasos e wue estavam embrulhados muito.mal, ela retrucou , me tratou mal e fez cara de c.... Péssimo atendimento!
The store manager is super rude, impolite and bumps into the customer.
