★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda chance que dou e é a segunda vez que fico insatisfeita com o atendimento. Uma das funcionarias mexendo no celular, música alta, com 0 vontade de atender. Depois, para fechar a conta, mais uma vez, tive que esperar ela parar de mexer no celular.
E se engana quem pensa que a padaria estava lotada, tinham 4 clientes apenas.
Os produtos tem qualidade e são saborosos, mas o péssimo atendimento faz eu não voltar mais.
 Second chance I give and this is the second time I'm dissatisfied with the service. One of the employees playing on her cell phone, loud music, with no desire to answer. Then, to close the account, once again, I had to wait for her to stop using her cell phone.
And if you think that the bakery was full, they only had 4 customers.
The products have quality and are tasty, but the bad service makes me not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O fato de ter pouca de variedade permite que os produtos sejam fresquinhos e bem preparados (salgados, doces, pães)
Bolinhos de bacalhau são fritos na hora. Os pães são aquecidos e podem ser servidos com geleia deliciosa de morango e/ou manteiga, presunto e queijo.
Também os folhados são deliciosos.
Há mesas ao ar livre. Atendimento razoável
The fact of having little variety allows the products to be fresh and well-prepared (snacks, sweets, breads)
Cod fritters are freshly fried. The breads are heated and can be served with delicious strawberry jam and/or butter, ham and cheese.
Also the puff pastries are delicious.
There are outdoor tables. Reasonable service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência bem ruim, não pelos produtos, mas pelo atendimento. Primeiramente o local estava bem sujo. Todas as mesas tinham sido usadas e nenhuma estava 100% limpa. Tinha 4 funcionárias e a casa não estava cheia porém nenhuma delas foi limpar as mesas. Elas estavam conversando entre elas em tom de voz bem alto, sobre questões pessoais. Escutamos inclusive elas reclamando quando chegou uma cliente novo. Era 18 horas e o horário de fechamento do local segundo o Google é as 20. Não tinha bolinho de bacalhau e vários outros itens do cardápio estavam riscados. Está dando a impressão que o local está abandonado.
Pedimos o folhado de frango e de bacalhau, o sabor é razoável, mas o preço muito caro pelo tamanho. Pastel de Belém tbm razoável. O capuccino estava bem ruim, aguado e sem sabor. Não voltaremos.
Very bad experience, not for the products, but for the service. First the place was very dirty. All tables had been used and none were 100% clean. There were 4 employees and the house was not full but none of them went to clean the tables. They were talking to each other in a very loud voice, about personal matters. We even heard them complaining when a new customer arrived. It was 6 pm and the closing time according to Google is at 8 pm. There was no codfish cake and several other items on the menu were crossed out. It looks like the place is abandoned.
We ordered the chicken and cod puff pastry, the taste is reasonable, but the price is too expensive for the size. Pastel de Belém is also reasonable. The cappuccino was very bad, watery and tasteless. We won't be back.

Os doces portugueses são naturalmente sutis no sabor, bem delicados, suaves na doçura e estavam ótimos.
A vitrine te deixa com vontade de tudo, mas os preços te trazem das nuvens para o chão, esses da foto variaram de 10 a 20 reais cada, com mais dois salgados a nota me lembrou de um rodízio. ?
Local simpático e atendimento muito cordial completaram a parada, que valeu ser feita!

A Portuguese house for sure!
Portuguese sweets are naturally subtle in flavor, very delicate, mild in sweetness and they were great.
The window makes you want everything, but the prices bring you from the clouds to the ground, the ones in the photo ranged from 10 to 20 reais each, with two more snacks the note reminded me of a carvery. ?
Friendly place and very cordial service completed the stop, which was worth making!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito desta versão Padaria da B.Lem, em SP só conhecia as cafeterias…
Em visita a trabalho em Piracicaba, passamos para comer um sanduíche no pão alentejano e aproveitei para comer um Pastel de Belém, meu doce predileto!
Estava tudo muito gostoso, o local é muito agradável e enorme! Com direito a mesas no jardim!
Só não sei 5 ⭐️ porque infelizmente o atendimento não foi dos melhores… estava apenas eu e meu marido e as 4 atendentes estavam mais interessadas em debater um assunto entre elas do que nos atender… quando precisei delas foi difícil interromper a conversa pra que elas viessem nos atender… além disso duas delas estavam o tempo todo com a máscara abaixada… falando muito na parte interna do balcão… não achei nada legal essa postura.
Enfim, voltei lá hoje para tomar um café e comer um docinho, eram outros atendentes e fui melhor.
I really liked this Bakery version of B.Lem, in SP I only knew the coffee shops…
On a visit to work in Piracicaba, we stopped by to eat a sandwich on Alentejo bread and I took the opportunity to eat a Pastel de Belém, my favorite sweet!
Everything was very good, the place is very nice and huge! With tables in the garden!
I just don't know 5 ⭐️ because unfortunately the service was not the best… it was just me and my husband and the 4 attendants were more interested in discussing a subject between them than serving us… when I needed them it was difficult to interrupt the conversation so they could come take care of us… in addition two of them were with their masks down all the time… talking a lot inside the counter… I didn't think this posture was cool.
Anyway, I went back there today for coffee and a sweet, there were other attendants and I was better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar muito bonito com excelentes opções para um café da manhã diferente. Uma gama de pães artesanais muito bons, recomendo principalmente o de calabresa.
As opções de doces também agradam, principalmente o pastel de Belém, carro chefe da casa. Esperava um pouco mais da coxinha de leitão e do brigadeiro baba de camelo... mas não que sejam ruins, apenas achei os outros itens muito mais saborosos e interessantes.
O ambiente é moderno, arejado, com uma área externa do fundo repleta de verde e ótima pra quem gosta de admirar aquele céuzão azul que só se vê no interior. Uma padaria com bastante personalidade, não parecendo uma franquia.
Os preços para um café da manhã/brunch reforçado fica entre R$ 40~50 por pessoa. Vale a visita!
A very beautiful place with excellent options for a different breakfast. A range of very good artisan breads, I recommend especially the pepperoni bread.
The sweets options are also pleasing, especially the pastel de Belém, the house's flagship. I expected a little more from the suckling pig coxinha and the camel drool brigadeiro... but not that they are bad, I just found the other items much tastier and more interesting.
The atmosphere is modern, airy, with an outdoor area at the back full of green and great for those who like to admire that big blue sky that you can only see inside. A bakery with a lot of personality, not looking like a franchise.
Prices for a hearty breakfast/brunch are between R$40~50 per person. Worth the visit!

O ambiente também é bonito e acolhedor. O café Delta é de perfil português, o que condiz com a marca da padaria, mas deixa a desejar no paladar - para comidas tão gostosas, um grão especial faria toda a diferença na harmonização.
Excellent option for breakfast in Piracicaba! The breads and snacks are delicious, especially the bread of God, which brings a bittersweet experience. The atmosphere is also nice and welcoming. Delta coffee has a Portuguese profile, which matches the bakery's brand, but leaves something to be desired on the palate - for such delicious foods, a special bean would make all the difference in pairing.
