★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar ótimo, equipe assídua e profissional. Resolveram o problema do meu carro com rapidez. Para nós que somos mulheres, ser atendidas por mulheres e capacitadas, não tem preço. É oficina familiar, de pai e filhas. Lá eles explicam e mostram tudo que está sendo feito, sem enrolação, sem inventar problemas. Minha mãe já levou o carro dela lá algumas vezes e eram coisas tão simples que sequer cobraram. São pessoas honestas, o que raramente vemos em oficinas, principalmente quando somos mulheres e leigas. Ah, mas o que não é o caso das meninas da oficina, elas SABEM TUDO de mecânica e desenrolam qualquer problema, inclusive peças complicadas, como é o caso do meu carro que quase nunca tem peça em lugar nenhum. SUPER INDICO!
Great place, assiduous and professional staff. They solved my car problem quickly. For us who are women, being attended by women and trained, is priceless. It is a family workshop, of father and daughters. There, they explain and show everything that is being done, without fuss, without inventing problems. My mom already took her car there a few times and it was so simple that they didn't even charge. They are honest people, which we rarely see in workshops, especially when we are women and laypeople. Ah, but what is not the case with the girls in the workshop, they KNOW EVERYTHING about mechanics and they develop any problem, including complicated parts, as is the case with my car that almost never has a part anywhere. SUPER INDICO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Ford Ka nesta oficina em outubro de 2021. O meu veículo estava disparando a ventoinha na velocidade 2 pouco tempo depois de ligar o carro, e não parava mais. O veículo ficou na oficina durante 4 dias para verificarem o problema. Trocaram a válvula termostática e não resolveu. Depois de voltar lá me disseram que fizeram todos os testes e o carro estava superaquecendo, então chegaram a conclusão de que o problema era no cabeçote e teria que levar numa retífica para fazer um orçamento. Resolvi pegar o carro mesmo sem terem resolvido o problema e levar em outra oficina. Na outra oficina o mecânico trocou a tampa do reservatório de água do radiador e colocou um "U" no cano que leva a água para circular no ar-condicionado, pois tinham isolado o cano incorretamente. Depois de 3 meses estou rodando com o carro normalmente, sem nenhum problema na ventoinha, nem de aquecimento do motor e, graças a Deus, sem precisar levar numa retífica.
I took my Ford Ka to this shop in October 2021. My vehicle was running the fan at speed 2 shortly after starting the car, and it wouldn't stop. The vehicle was in the workshop for 4 days to check the problem. They replaced the thermostatic valve and it didn't work. After going back there, they told me that they had done all the tests and the car was overheating, so they came to the conclusion that the problem was with the head and would have to be repaired to make a budget. I decided to take the car even without having solved the problem and take it to another garage. In another workshop, the mechanic changed the radiator water tank cap and placed a "U" in the pipe that takes the water to circulate in the air conditioning, as they had incorrectly insulated the pipe. After 3 months I'm running the car normally, with no fan problem, no engine heating and, thank God, no need to take it to an overhaul.
