Não sou da cidade, então imaginem como foi difícil decifrar ?? Além de que saiu da oficina sabendo que meu carro era de "baixo custo" mas não me deixou na mão! Fez o possível, aconselhou o que fazer quando chegasse ao meus destino e nos acompanhou pra ver se tava tudo ok!

The guy answered the first call and was very patient to understand where I was with the car.
I'm not from the city, so imagine how difficult it was to decipher ?? Besides that he left the garage knowing that my car was "low cost" but he didn't let me down! He did his best, advised what to do when I arrived at my destination and accompanied us to see if everything was ok!
