Sou de porto alegre e liguei para ter certeza de qual produto serviria para o meu caso e o "vendedor" simplicidade nem deixou eu terminar de falar e disse: "anota o email aí é me manda o que tu quer". Então tentei de novo perguntar sobre uma dívida quanto ao tipo de borracha e de novo ele me interrompeu: "coloca tudo no email".
É muita grosseria acabaram de perder um cliente. Por mais que o preço seja o mesmo aqui do Sul eu prefiro comprar sempre em São Paulo pois sou sempre muito bem atendido. Pelo visto achei a exceção.
Talvez se não ligar e tratar tudo por email o atendimento seja melhor.
For your information, don't mind this place. I am from Porto Alegre and I called to make sure which product would fit my case and the "seller" simplicity did not let me finish talking and said: "write down the email and send me what you want". Then I tried again to ask about a rubber-type debt and again he interrupted me: "put it all in the email."
It's too rude just lost a customer. As much as the price is the same here in the South I prefer to always buy in São Paulo because I am always very well attended. Apparently I found the exception.
Maybe if you do not call and handle everything by email the service is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente no primeiro e único contato deu pra perceber que não é um bom fornecedor. A contar que os caras são canibais em custos na venda da esquina é mais barato que comprando com o fabricante absurdo, equipe de venda altamente despreparada, pessoal bem ignorante, com certeza a diretoria tb deve ser assim. Boa Sorte Celpan empresas assim não duram muito.
Atendimento não é ruim É MUITO RUIM, não recomendo....
Unfortunately, in the first and only contact I could see that it is not a good supplier. Considering that the guys are cannibals in costs at the corner sale, it's cheaper than buying with the absurd manufacturer, sales team highly unprepared, very ignorant people, surely the board must be like that too. Good Luck Celpan companies like that don't last long.
Service is not bad IT'S VERY BAD, I don't recommend it....
