Wonderful products, the pies are addictive because it's not very sweet, not to mention the personalized pies that are a real work of art. The sweets are perfect!! The savory ones are delicious. You leave with your party ready with the kits. And the service and txoop!! More than recommended!

Depois que saiu de lagoa nova o atendimento piorou, meu pedido veio completamente errado e o bolo se despedaçando, o que a atendente fez foi me culpar e culpar o motoboy, quando o problema foi feito por eles. Não me mandaram foto do bolo antes de enviar para eu dar a minha aprovação e acabou que ele ficou horrível! Sou cliente há mais de 4 anos e nos meus últimos pedidos percebi a falta de qualidade e de profissionalismo da equipe que pelo visto não quer manter seus clientes. Pois bem, não devolveram meu dinheiro e também não vão receber ele mais, porque não serei mais cliente desse estabelecimento. Odeio morangos e não os pedi no meu bolo, mesmo assim vieram! E se eu fosse alérgico???? Teria que jogar fora, já que o estabelecimento não sabe resolver nada.
I HATED! After I left Lagoa Nova, the service got worse, my order came completely wrong and the cake was falling apart, what the attendant did was blame me and blame the courier, when the problem was made by them. They didn't send me a picture of the cake before sending it so I could approve it and it turned out to be awful! I have been a customer for over 4 years and in my last orders I noticed the lack of quality and professionalism of the team, which apparently does not want to keep their customers. Well, they didn't refund my money and they won't receive it anymore either, because I won't be a customer of that establishment anymore. I hate strawberries and I didn't ask for them in my cake, they came anyway! What if I was allergic???? It would have to be thrown away, since the establishment doesn't know how to solve anything.
