★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. É a segunda vez que vou trocar uma roupa e não permitem porquê passou o prazo. Da outra vez não questionei, porém desta vez eu tive Covid, estávamos em quarentena em casa e acabei por esquecer, expliquei toda a situação e mesmo assim não permitiram a troca. Os clientes mais antigos são tratados com preferência, isso é nítido no atendimento.
Terrible attendance. It is the second time that I am going to change clothes and do not allow why the period has passed. The other time I didn’t question, but this time I had Covid, we were quarantined at home and I ended up forgetting, I explained the whole situation and even then they didn’t allow the exchange. Older customers are treated with preference, this is clear in the service.
