De 7 opções de lanches gourmet, 3 deles estavam com falta de ingredientes e não podiam ser escolhidos.
O lanche em si estava gostoso, quentinho e macio.
Mas acho que seria interessante verificarem a possibilidade de fazer algumas trocas ao invés de cobrar adicionais, já que o valor não é tão barato visto que os lanches são bem simples.
(Por exemplo, eu pedi para tirar o bacon e tive que pagar para colocar alface e tomate, simplesmente podiam ter trocado os ingredientes).
Acho importante o proprietário estar à disposição de ouvir as sugestões dos clientes, visto que eles (os clientes) são a razão do estabelecimento existir.
First time going to the place, I was not very satisfied with the service.
Out of 7 gourmet snack options, 3 of them were short of ingredients and could not be chosen.
The snack itself was tasty, warm and fluffy.
But I think it would be interesting to check the possibility of making some exchanges instead of charging additional, since the value is not so cheap since the snacks are very simple.
(For example, I asked to remove the bacon and had to pay to add lettuce and tomato, they simply could have changed the ingredients).
I think it is important for the owner to be available to listen to customers' suggestions, as they (customers) are the reason the establishment exists.
