O início da Bacio:
Tudo começou em 2009… Edo vem ao Brasil e se apaixona pela nossa cultura ao fazer trabalho voluntário em hospitais filantrópicos no Nordeste.
Ao retornar à Itália, em uma viagem com seu irmão Gigi à Portofino, reencontram por acaso do destino Nick, um grande amigo e amante de viagens, na Gelateria "IL Molo". Nick, que já havia morado no Brasil, decidiu embarcar com os irmãos em um plano que mudaria a vida de todos eles: uma gelateria de raízes italianas em terras brasileiras.
Edo e Gigi vendem um carro antigo, presente de seu pai, para financiar o projeto. Edo é formado por um mestre gelataio e viaja por toda a Itália descobrindo e explorando os mais autênticos ingredientes, fundamentais para um gelato extremamente delicioso e cremoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, this is the best store they have. The staff is excellent and fast, the product isn't particularly cheap,but it is of good quality. You can enjoy the ice cream sitting at one of the tables, which isn't very common for this chain. If you go to this place you will not be disappointed.
