★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento a loja já a bastante tempo, obviamente o sorvete é maravilhoso, e os funcionários também são ótimos. Porém tem sido desagradável permanecer na loja e na sua enorme fila para conseguir um sorvete, a demanda de clientes é maior do que a loja comporta, logo torna a experiência que de comer um sorvete em um lugar como o Baccio uma péssima escolha, fila grande, falatório, pessoas umas em cima das outras, enfim, algo que seria solucionado com uma loja maior, talvez.
 I've been to the store for a long time, obviously the ice cream is wonderful, and the staff are great too. However, it has been unpleasant to stay in the store and in its huge line to get an ice cream, the demand of customers is greater than the store can handle, so it makes the experience of eating ice cream in a place like Baccio a bad choice, long line , gossip, people on top of each other, in short, something that would be solved with a bigger store, maybe.

O único que pode melhorar é a questão das filas aos Domingos, mas no mais estão de parabéns!
