★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, minha esposa ficou parada lá para ser atendida e foi ignorada, e mesmo chamando, ela ainda fez cara de desdém. Se for para ter funcionários com má vontade de atender, melhor fechar. Que respeito é esse com o cliente, que vai colocar seu dinheiro ali e tratado com indiferença?

Entre os sabores, há opções sem leite e sem soja, sendo uma opção interessante para aqueles tem têm intolerância à lactose ou APLV. No cardápio tem também opção "vegana" (só pelo conceito da origem dos ingredientes, e não que seja uma sorveteria com essa cultura).
Tem poucas mesas e cadeiras, então não é difícil comprar e ter que comer em pé ou nos bancos do shopping.
Atendentes muito simpáticas.

There are few tables and chairs, so it is not difficult to buy and have to eat standing or on the banks of the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sorvete é ruim mas vai tomar 1 estrela pelo preço e pelo desrespeito ao cliente. 42 reais 490g desse sorvetinho de 5a, e ainda me mandam o pote de 250... se tem algum respeito pela itália, pode fechar essa sorveteria.
Nós clientes temos que nos unir contra esses absurdos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Franquia é muito boa. Mas, essa unidade, não tem de longe a mesma qualidade. Os gelatos vêm sem os tops, que são marca registrada da franquia. Também vem derretido, mesmo num tempo frio. Você paga por algo, que não recebe!
Franchising is very good. But this unit does not have the same quality by far. The gelatos come without the tops, which are the franchise's trademark. It also comes melted, even in cold weather. You pay for something you don't get!
