No caixa eu estava com bebê de colo dormindo e as operadoras chamavam pelo nome aquelas clientes que estavam com a ficha pronta. Como não fui atendida por ninguém ao chegar no caixa ninguém me chamou... Passaram outras pessoas na minha frente e simplesmente ignoraram o fato de ver uma pessoa com bebê no colo, dormindo e aguardando pra ser atendida ...Somente fui atendida qdo questionei e ainda assim tive que aguardar uma vendedora preencher a ficha... Um total descaso
There is no preferred cashier, I was not answered by any seller. In the box I was sleeping babe in arms and operators called by name those customers who were ready to record. As I was not answered by anyone when I arrived at the teller nobody called me ... Other people passed in front of me and simply ignored the fact of seeing a person with baby on his lap, sleeping and waiting to be answered ... I was only answered when I questioned and still had to wait for a salesperson fill in the form ... a total disregard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um moleton, aquele azul marinho q a vendedora até sabia no tel quando liguei pra falar do defeito, quando cheguei em casa o moletom saia todos os pelos do avesso, impossível ter uma roupa daquela em casa e pelo jeito a vendedora até sabia q produto estava com defeito mais mesmo assim foi vendido na "promoção" 59,90 liguei no SAC relatei meu problema aí pediram pra mim até a loja deixar a blusa pra análise e depois me avisar se fosse defeito qual seria o próximo passo, sendo q moro longe da loja onde comprei e nem compensaria as viagens gasolina por uma blusa de 59,90, enfim comprei e 3 dias depois joguei fora a blusa, mês q vem pago no crédito, obrigada Bad Cat jamais indico nem compraria mais nada
I bought a sweatshirt, that navy blue one that the saleswoman even knew on the phone when I called to talk about the defect, when I got home the sweatshirt came out with all the hairs inside out, impossible to have an outfit like that at home and by the way the saleswoman even knew what product was with a defect but even so it was sold in the "promotion" 59.90 I called the SAC I reported my problem there they asked me to go to the store to leave the blouse for analysis and then let me know if it was a defect what would be the next step, since I live far from store where I bought it and I wouldn't even compensate for the gas trips for a 59.90 blouse, I finally bought it and 3 days later I threw the blouse away, next month I pay on credit, thank you Bad Cat I never recommend nor would I buy anything else
