★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho o seguinte...quando a fila está grande, deveriam fazer uma triagem da fila, pois, há pessoas que só querem tirar uma cópia ou comprar algo...coisa rápida. Todos ficam na mesma fila, algo q é sem planejamento e q faz a pessoa desistir. Ou deveriam fazer fila pra cada serviço ou, a triagem q citei.
I think this ... when the queue is long, they should do a screening of the queue, because, there are people who just want to make a copy or buy something ... quick thing. Everyone is in the same queue, something q is unplanned and q makes the person give up. Either they should queue for each service or, the screening I mentioned.
