My experience was great. In the Norte mall there are 4 stores that sell luggage. I went in all and went back to s Bagaggio to make the purchase. I was very well attended. The bags were beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fui ao local para comprar uma mochila para meu filho e as funcionárias ficaram batendo papo e não deram atenção com nosso atendimento. Só comprei a mochila para meu filho de 2 anos porque ele gostou muito,mesmo assim ainda tentei influenciar ele a ir em outra loja mais ele gostou da mochila do personagem.
Terrible service, I went to the place to buy a backpack for my son and the employees were chatting and didn't pay attention to our service. I only bought the backpack for my 2 year old son because he liked it a lot, even so I tried to influence him to go to another store but he liked the character's backpack.
