★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixo aqui minha indignação com o supermercado Bahamas Mix do bairro Santa Terezinha depois do acontecido na data do dia 18/02/2022 por volta das 19:20 horas. Escolhi alguns produtos nesse local e na hora de passar no caixa fui surpreendida pela falta de educação de uma funcionária que estava embalando. Após eu ter terminado de colocar as compras no caixa avisei a devida funcionária q parte das compras era minha e outra da minha filha, assim eu teria q separar. A funcionária indagou dizendo q eu dissesse o q era pra fazer, pq não poderia entregar a sacola nas minhas mãos para q eu o fizesse. Eu novamente disse q eu iria separar. Novamente a funcionária indagou dizendo q eu falasse como eu queria q fosse feito, mas entregar a sacola nas minhas mãos não iria. Eu precisei alterar meu tom de voz com a funcionária e disse a ela imediatamente q retira-se as mãos das minhas mercadorias pois eu iria arrumar à minha maneira, e ela continuou resmungando. E eu a lembrei q eu era a cliente e ela a funcionária q a forma de arrumar as compras e como/quem o fizesse deveria ser do meu agrado como cliente e consumidora e não dá forma dela. E determinei novamente q ela deixasse meus itens para eu verificar. Os clientes presenciaram tudo e os fiscais de caixa também e estes se quer tomou alguma providência para solucionar a forma pela qual a funcionária estava abordando os clientes sobre o uso das sacolas. Durante a compra ja havia sido avisado em áudio sobre se economizar sacolas e usar sacola retornável. E no caixa já havia sido me oferecido caixas de papelão para colocar as compras e eu já havia informado que não era viável pra mim. E em seguida fui abordada dessa maneira pela funcionária. Péssimo atendimento e falta de respeito para com o cliente.
 I leave here my indignation with the Bahamas Mix supermarket in the Santa Terezinha neighborhood after what happened on 02/18/2022 around 7:20 pm. I chose some products in this place and when I went to checkout I was surprised by the lack of education of an employee who was packing. After I finished putting the groceries in the cashier, I told the appropriate employee that part of the groceries was mine and another part of my daughter's, so I would have to separate. The employee asked, telling me what to do, because she couldn't deliver the bag in my hands so I could do it. I again said that I would separate. Again the employee asked saying that I should speak as I wanted it to be done, but delivering the bag in my hands would not. I had to change my tone of voice with the clerk and I immediately told her to remove her hands from my goods as I would sort it out my way, and she continued mumbling. And I reminded her that I was the customer and she was the employee that the way to organize the purchases and how/who did it should be to my liking as a customer and consumer and doesn't give her shape. And I determined again that she leave my items for me to check. Customers witnessed everything and the cashiers as well, and they took some action to resolve the way in which the employee was approaching customers about the use of bags. During the purchase, I had already been warned in audio about saving bags and using a returnable bag. And at the cashier I had already been offered cardboard boxes to put the purchases in and I had already informed that it was not feasible for me. And then I was approached that way by the employee. Bad service and lack of respect for the customer.
