Contratei a empresa para instalar e fabricar uma coifa e exaustor industrial, levaram mais tempo que o previsto em contrato para instalação, fizeram um buraco na parede da minha cozinha para instalação do produto e não finalizaram e taparam o mesmo. Profissionais que instalaram o produto extremamente mau educados, descompromissado com o serviço, destelharam meu telhado e simplesmente largaram lá. Além disso a empresa fez um produto ruim, que vaza gordura desde a primeira semana de uso, relatei o problema e tentaram um reparo que não resolveu e em seguida quando tornei a questionar (dentro do meu prazo de garantia) me ignoraram, não apareciam para resolução do mesmo, resultado tive que contratar outra empresa para resolver o problema, telhar meu telhado novamente e tapar o buraco na parede da minha cozinha.

I hired the company to install and manufacture a hood and industrial exhaust fan, they took longer than planned in the contract for installation, they made a hole in the wall of my kitchen to install the product and did not finish and cover it. Professionals who installed the product extremely badly educated, uncompromised with the service, they blew my roof and simply left there. In addition the company made a bad product, which leaks fat from the first week of use, I reported the problem and tried a repair that did not solve and then when I asked again (within my warranty period) ignored me, did not appear to resolution of the same, result had to hire another company to solve the problem, roof my roof again and plug the hole in the wall of my kitchen.
