Mais quando o assunto é pagamento, realmente usam uma forma arcaica, vergonhosa . Mais até aí tudo bem, cada um oferece o que tem! Estive lá esses dias mais como sempre uma peça estava com erro no diâmetro, algo já corriqueiro , você não pode nem reclamar sobre a peça etc.. Os prepostos já brigam entre eles, uma situação lamentável . Fiz o pagamento com um rapaz em uma mesa improvisada dentro de uma sala . Como cliente sofri Constrangimento por ser parado e inquerido a ter que provar que paguei a peça que eu já tinha pago ! Na saída um deles mim gritam, espera Aí....
Volto uma mulher mim pegunta sobre um rascunho ( Um pedaço de papel que eles colocam a descriminação da venda uma espécie de Minuta, rascunho.) Um detalhe a mesma nem estava no local na hora do pagamento, sendo que eu dei para o rapaz do caixa .
Se ele perdeu ou colocou em algum lugar que não lembra, ninguém pode constranger um cliente, desde quando o pagamento foi feito !
Não estou aqui para destruí a reputação de um estabelecimento . Mais sim que os proprietários averiguem essa situação vergonhosa. Dá próxima vez vou abrir um processo de constrangimento, uma empresa tem que ter gente qualificada e treinada, principalmente um método de pagamento para o Século XXI.

But when it comes to payment, they really use an archaic, shameful way. But so far so good, each one offers what they have! I was there these days but as always a piece was wrong in the diameter, something already commonplace, you can't even complain about the piece etc. The agents are already fighting among themselves, a regrettable situation. I made the payment with a young man at a makeshift table inside a room. As a customer I suffered embarrassment for being stopped and asked to prove that I paid for the part I had already paid for! On the way out, one of them yells, wait....
I go back to a woman who asks me about a draft (A piece of paper they put the breakdown of sale a kind of Minute, draft.) A detail was not even in place at the time of payment, and I gave it to the cashier .
If he lost it or put it somewhere he doesn't remember, no one can embarrass a customer, as long as the payment was made!
I'm not here to destroy an establishment's reputation. Rather that the owners investigate this shameful situation. Next time I will open an embarrassment process, a company has to have qualified and trained people, especially a payment method for the 21st century.
Someone responsible at the store....
