Excelente atendimento e opções de serviços. Utilizei o translado de Morro de São Paulo e o passeio de volta a ilha de Boipeba (Piloto Tiago) e foi excepcional. Pessoal muito preparado e atencioso.

Atendimento ao cliente sensacional. Falei com Isabela Soares e ela além de ser super atenciosa para explicar o serviço de transporte da Biotur, tbm pesquisou outros meios de transporte para eu me locomover na ilha. Gostei muito da atenção!

Gostaria de destacar que contratamos diferentes serviços. Assim, a nota 3 é uma média que fizemos de todos os serviços: Salvador x Morro de São Paulo (Catamarã) Morro de São Paulo x Boipeba (4x4 e barco) Boipeba x Aeroporto Salvador (Lancha coletiva até Valença e continuação do percurso com terrestre). O SETOR DE VENDAS É ÓTIMO. Destaque para a atenção, agilidade, educação e informações claras. No retorno, optamos por alterar o serviço e fomos prontamente atendidas. Destaque para a funcionária Suzy, que foi extremamente solícita. O SERVIÇO DO CATAMARÃ FOI PÉSSIMO. Viajamos no dia 10/03/22 no horário de 9hs. Aliás, se não fosse esse serviço, a nota para a agência seria excelente. No anúncio e ao comprar fomos informadas que o catamarã contava com ar condicionado e conforto. Contudo, observamos o contrário. Ar condicionado não funcionava, o ambiente estava extremamente quente e abafado, o que piorou consideravelmente a experiência (que já tende a ser ruim). Bancos rasgados e um sem encosto. Além disso, estava muito cheio e não havia lugar para acomodar nossas bagagens. Não fomos bem recebidas na embarcação pelos funcionários e não havia lugares disponíveis para sentarmos. Um dos funcionários me orientou a sair perguntando de assento em assento se havia disponibilidade ou se o mesmo estava sendo usado apenas para colocar bagagem de outro passageiro. Foi péssimo. Quando estava praticamente terminando a minha saga é que encontrei dois lugares (mesmo assim foram duas pessoas que não estavam dispostas a tirar as malas de cima do banco). Não houve nenhum intermédio por parte dos funcionários. A sensação que tivemos foi: vai e se vira. Por fim, arrumaram um lugar para colocar nossas duas bagagens (uma por pessoa). Contudo, não há nenhum tícket de identificação. Ou seja, uma bagunça. A saída é extremamente desorganizada, tumultuada e com empurra-empurra. Cada um (ao seu modo), dá um jeito de retirar sua bagagem. Considerando, que há algumas pessoas mal-educadas, imaginem o quanto é desagradável. MORRO DE SÃO PAULO X BOIPEBA (4X4 E BARCO) FOI EXCELENTE! A empresa fez contato na véspera confirmando o local e horário de partida e informou o motorista responsável, Dadau, que foi extremamente pontual e gentil. Apesar do trecho ser bastante irregular, Dadau tem uma excelente condução: muito seguro e prudente. O dia estava nublado e chuviscando, ele tomou o cuidado de colocar sacos plásticos na bagagem par não molhá-las. Deixo apenas uma sugestão para empresa: avisar aos clientes que há probabilidade de que o passageiro tenha que ir no banco adaptado na parte de trás do 4x4. Como fomos as primeiras passageiras, tivemos a sorte de irmos sentadas dentro do carro. Mas o quarto passageiro precisou fazer a viagem na parte adaptada, que não é tão confortável para um trecho de uma hora. Além disso, pessoas com limitações físicas podem encontrar dificuldades. A travessia de barco foi muito rápida e tranquila. Foram extremamente cuidadosos na entrada e saída da embarcação. Ao desembarcar, um guia local da empresa, o JÚNIOR, estava nos aguardando para auxiliar com as malas até a pousada com um carrinho de mão. Gostaria de registrar MEUS AGRADECIMENTOS ao Júnior. Foi um excelente cartão de boas-vindas em Boipeba. Cordial, educado e acolhedor. No dia da nossa partida, ele também nos buscou na pousada. Foi extremamente cuidadoso, auxiliou a colocar as bagagens na lancha e nos acompanhou até ter a certeza que estávamos devidamente sentadas e seguras na lancha. Além disso, é um sujeito de boa prosa. LANCHA COLETIVA (BOPEBA X VALENÇA) foi ÓTIMA! Serviço bem organizado, com relação nominal dos passageiros e ordenação para entrada e ocupação dos assentos. O trecho é super rápido e tranquilo. TERRESTRE (VALENÇA X AEROPORTO DE SÃO PAULO) foi EXCELENTE! Na véspera, a empresa fez contato informando o nome do motorista e com as orientações para encontrá-lo no terminal. O motorista Anselmo foi pontual, fizemos uma viagem muito tranquila, confortável e segura. Foi tudo ótimo com exceção da estrutura do Catamarã e serviço ofertado nesse trecho.
I would like to point out that we hire different services. THE SALES SECTOR IS GREAT. Highlight for attention, agility, education and clear information. Upon returning, we chose to change the service and were promptly attended to. Highlight for the employee Suzy, who was extremely helpful. THE CATAMARAN SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. We traveled on 03/10/22 at 9 am. In fact, if it weren't for this service, the rating for the agency would be excellent. In the advertisement and when buying we were informed that the catamaran had air conditioning and comfort. However, we observed the opposite. Air conditioning didn't work, the environment was extremely hot and stuffy, which considerably worsened the experience (which already tends to be bad). Torn seats and one without a back. Also, it was very full and there was no place to accommodate our luggage. We were not welcomed on the boat by the staff and there were no places available for us to sit. One of the employees guided me to leave, asking from seat to seat if there was availability or if it was only being used to put another passenger's luggage. It was awful. When I was practically finishing my saga, I found two places (even so, there were two people who weren't willing to take their bags off the bench). There was no intermediary on the part of the employees. The feeling we had was: it goes and turns around. Finally, they found a place to put our two pieces of luggage (one per person). However, there is no ID ticket. In other words, a mess. The exit is extremely disorganized, tumultuous and with push-pull. Each one (in their own way) finds a way to remove their luggage. Considering that there are some rude people, imagine how unpleasant it is. MORRO DE SÃO PAULO X BOIPEBA (4X4 AND BOAT) WAS EXCELLENT! The company made contact the day before confirming the place and time of departure and informed the driver in charge, Dadau, who was extremely punctual and kind. Despite the stretch being quite irregular, Dadau has excellent driving: very safe and prudent. The day was overcast and drizzling, he was careful to put plastic bags in the luggage so it wouldn't get wet. I have just one suggestion for the company: warn customers that it is likely that the passenger will have to go in the adapted seat in the back of the 4x4. As we were the first passengers, we were lucky enough to be seated inside the car. But the fourth passenger had to make the trip in the adapted part, which is not so comfortable for an hour-long stretch. In addition, people with physical limitations may encounter difficulties. The boat crossing was very quick and smooth. They were extremely careful when entering and leaving the vessel. Upon disembarking, a local guide from the company, JÚNIOR, was waiting for us to help with the bags to the inn with a wheelbarrow. I would like to record MY THANKS to Junior. It was an excellent welcome card in Boipeba. Cordial, polite and welcoming. On the day of our departure, he also picked us up at the inn. He was extremely careful, helped to put our luggage on the speedboat and accompanied us until he was sure that we were properly seated and safe on the boat. Besides, he's a good prose guy. COLLECTIVE BOAT (BOPEBA X VALENÇA) was GREAT! A well-organized service, with a nominal list of passengers and ordering for entry and seat occupancy. The track is super fast and smooth. LAND (VALENCIA X SÃO PAULO AIRPORT) was EXCELLENT! The day before, the company made contact informing the name of the driver and with the directions to meet him at the terminal. The driver Anselmo was punctual, we had a very smooth, comfortable and safe trip. Everything was great with the exception of the structure of the Catamaran and the service offered on this stretch.

We booked a transfer from Boipeba to Salvador Airport. The pricing is fair and it was well organized. The time of booking in the agency takes a long time and the guy that was supposed to pick us up in Salvador was there but did not have a sign neither was he really looking for us. I think the sign is crucial especially in Brazil where many people wanr to offer you a ride when you arrive. It took us in the end 5 phone calls until we got everything fixed.

DO NOT TRUST. Poor client service. Not answering to email, not available during business hours. We booked a very expensive flight, however it was rescheduled without having any explanation, and we spent the rest of the day trying to rebook other stuff, not knowing when we would leave exactly since no reply on email. No commercial gesture at all. DO NOT TRUST

Do not buy from them. They fail sending the ticket and then so not answer phone or WhatsApp. ? Edit: lol, I found the solution, everyone: if you want them to respond, don’t call or WhatsApp, just leave a negative review here!
