★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos o passeio para as quatro praias (11/03/17) e foi muito bom, principalmente porque o guia chamado Jó foi muito atencioso e paciente, recomendo.
 We did the tour to the four beaches (11/03/17) and it was very good, mainly because the guide called Job was very attentive and patient, I recommend.

Preço compatível com o praticado pelo local, porém com o diferencial do atendimento!
Guia super preparada que fala dois ou três idiomas.. nos mostrou um mapa com varias dicas importantes para aproveitar a cidade!

Price compatible with that practiced by the place, but with the service differential!
Super prepared guide who speaks two or three languages .. showed us a map with several important tips to enjoy the city!

No local não tinha sinal no telefone para comunicação, então ficamos muito tempo esperando sem saber o que tinha ocorrido. Foi uma falta de profissionalismo, responsabilidade e compromisso com o cliente. Nem sequer responderam nossas reclamações
At the end of the tour we were waiting about 1 ½ hours for the transport to arrive. At the site there was no signal on the phone for communication, so we waited a long time without knowing what had happened. It was a lack of professionalism, responsibility and commitment to the customer. They didn't even respond to our complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo. A pessoa que nos atendeu sempre atendeu prontamente e disposta. Porém, ao fazer os passeios, notamos que não tínhamos quase informação. Taxas no meio do caminho que foram cobrados e não informadas e um cronograma todo bagunçado. Parecia que o gui decidia em cima da hora.
The service is great. The person who attended us always answered promptly and willingly. However, when doing the tours, we noticed that we had almost no information. Halfway fees that were charged and not reported and a messy schedule. It seemed that the guide decided at the last minute.

Pior passeio que já fiz !
Os guias falaram para nós que dava para fazer o passeio de lancha, só estava nublado. No final chuvei o dia inteiro, tava até perigoso no barco por conta do vento. Mesmo assim não cancelaram e nos não fizemos tudo que era para ser feito no passeio, zero considerações para gente e nenhum pedi desculpa o tentou achar uma alternativa !

Worst tour I've ever taken!
The guides told us that we could take the speedboat ride, it was just cloudy. In the end it rained all day, it was even dangerous on the boat because of the wind. Even so, they didn't cancel and we didn't do everything that was supposed to be done on the tour, zero considerations for us and no one apologized or tried to find an alternative!

Tivemos uma ótima experiência com a Bahia Turismo, fizemos o passeio das 4 ilhas de lancha saindo do porto de Camamu. Nos buscaram no hotel às 7:30 e retornamos às 18h. O Jefferson e o Cassiano, nossos guias, foram extremamente atenciosos e profissionais o tempo todo, pessoal é muito gente boa.

We had a great experience with Bahia Turismo, we took the tour of the 4 islands by speedboat from the port of Camamu. We were picked up from the hotel at 7:30 am and returned at 6:00 pm. Jefferson and Cassiano, our guides, were extremely attentive and professional at all times, the staff are very nice people.
