E ate hoje ninguém ss responsabiliza e ficam jogando de um pro outro.liguei pra central depois dos 5 dias me deram 48 horas passado o prazo me deram mais 24 e ate hoje ninguém liga nem se preocupa com a necessidade do cliente ao obter o movel, que nao foi barato,e que esta ate hoje jogado no chao da cozinha. Um armário caro que compramos com tanta alegria e se tornou um tormento. Lamentável o desrespeito. Gostariamos de voltar mais vezes,mas depois dessa...
Great sale, great products. But I was annoyed with the question of the assembler who has up to 5 days to arrive at the residence for the assembly which did not happen! And to this day, no one is responsible and they are playing from one to the other. I called the center after 5 days, they gave me 48 hours after the deadline, they gave me another 24 hours and until today, nobody cares or even cares about the customer's need to get the furniture, that it was not cheap, and that it is still thrown on the kitchen floor. An expensive cabinet that we bought with such joy and became a torment. The disrespect is unfortunate. We would like to come back more often, but after that ...

Excellent staff however, the furniture is worth nothing. A bed of 523.00 reais even has termite. I am waiting and result of technical assistance. Not a month of use !!
