★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento do WhatsApp, me passaram o valor desatualizado com a pizza de peperoni no valor de R$ 46,90, depois me disseram que o valor era R$ 62,88. Tudo bem verifiquei no site, realizei o pedido e a pizza chegou em 30min, pedi para me informar o nome do entregador para liberar a entrada, não me passaram, mas enfim, vamos para a pizza... comprei baseado nas fotos que vi no Instagram e sinceramente... nada a ver!! Questionei a atendente a pizza que recebi e não tive sucesso, a mesma deu varias explicações injustificáveis. Mesmo sem ser borda recheada, a pizza muito fina (papel 75g é mais grosso), pouquíssimo recheio, pouquíssimo molho, dura (impossível cortar com faca), e sinceramente, pelo preço, nunca mais!! Não recomendo em hipótese alguma! Comprem as prontas de mercado que é melhor!!

As informações não foram passadas as claras na conversa. No Instagram não tem foto alguma da pizza original (só tem fotos de pizza com borda, explicado posteriormente após reclamação,( que voces tiram foto da pizza com borda por serem mais fotogênicas, )o que me fez pensar que mesmo a borda sem recheio a pizza chegaria no mínimo suculenta). . no entanto estava seca. Meu intuito jamais é prejudicar um negócio bem sucedido, muito pelo contrário, é uma crítica oara q vcs possam melhorar o atendimento e o produto ( até pq já q é bem sucedido não tem pq se preocupar com uma reclamação), entretanto meu intuito é alertar as pessoas sobre o real produto entregue. Eu nem sou de reclamar no Google, mas realmente ficamos muito decepcionados.
Amém, Deus também ilumine a vida de vocês. Que deem mais sucesso nas vendas. E que essa crítica sirva de aprendizado para que vocês possam melhorar ( e muito) o serviço.
I didn't like the WhatsApp service, they gave me the outdated value with the pepperoni pizza in the amount of BRL 46.90, then told me that the value was BRL 62.88. About the establishment's response, as I can't respond below.
The information was not made clear in the conversation. There is no picture of the original pizza on Instagram (only pictures of pizza with a border, explained later after a complaint, (that you take a picture of a pizza with a border because they are more photogenic,) which made me think that even the border without a filling pizza would arrive at least juicy). . however it was dry. My intention is never to harm a successful business, quite the opposite, it is critical for you to improve the service and the product (even because you are successful, you can't worry about a complaint), however my intention is to warn people about the actual product delivered. I'm not even one to complain on Google, but we were really disappointed.
Amen, God also enlighten your life. That give more success in sales. And may this criticism serve as a learning curve so that you can improve (a lot) the service.
