 Very high price and quality far below the value, we ordered coffee, hot mix and bread on the plate.... sad, the bread on the plate dripping with fat and with a weird taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei para na Sta Rosália da Arthur Bernardes. Mas hj para minha surpresa fui com minha mãe. Estavam vendendo para doces com 50% de desconto. Quando ela foi comer estava azedo.
I always bought it at St Rosália by Arthur Bernardes. But today to my surprise I went with my mother. They were selling for candy at 50% off. When she went to eat it was sour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta funcionarios competentes e atenciosos a moça do caixa gritando ( literalmente )para oferecer doces e paes para os clientes que entravam na padaria..
Falta de atenção da pessoa que atende no balcão e muitas moscas em cima dos doces em exposiçao, não adianta nada colocar véu em cima dos doces...mesas sujas de café e pedaço de pão.... Fora que o preços uma ..exorbitância. Antigamente essa padaria não era assim. O Atendimento ao Cliente era impecavel..

Apart from the price a .. exorbitance. In the past, this bakery was not like this. Customer Service was impeccable..
