★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, aliás várias vezes... Atendimento horrível, funcionários displicentes e sem gestão, nunca tem pão fresco e preço caríssimo.
Hoje pra completar fiquei aguardando 15 min, dei boa tarde a funcionária que me respondeu e continuou andando, pelo que vi estão mais preocupados com o atendimento delivery que com os clientes no balcão.
Larguei tudo e fui embora com a minha indignação.
 Terrible experience, in fact several times... Horrible service, careless and unmanaged employees, there is never fresh bread and very expensive prices.
Today, to complete it, I was waiting 15 minutes, I said good afternoon to the employee who answered me and kept walking, from what I saw they are more concerned with the delivery service than with the customers at the counter.
I dropped everything and left with my indignation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domingo 17:00 horas da tarde, em um dia chuvoso, não tem pão... Os funcionários andando de um lado para o outro preocupados com "delivery" e não nós atenderam ...
Tenho 25 anos , e desde sempre minha família frequenta essa padaria ... E nunca tivemos um atendimento tão ruim ...
Já é a segunda vez que passo por isso , desta vez farei questões de expor minha experiência em todas as redes sociais e fazer o boca a boca com meus amigos sobre os ocorridos.
Sunday 17:00 pm, on a rainy day, there is no bread... Employees walking around worried about "delivery" and we didn't answer...
I'm 25 years old, and my family has always been going to this bakery... And we've never had such bad service...
This is the second time I've been through this, this time I'll make a point of exposing my experience on all social networks and making word of mouth with my friends about what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padaria do complexo. Serve pra quebrar uns galhos. Tem umas coisas gostosas. Não é muito barata. Mas nada anda barato mesmo.
Complex bakery. Used to break some branches. There are some nice things. It's not very cheap. But nothing is really cheap.
