Rapaz altamente grosseiro, não fez a entrega e não ligou avisando q estava com problemas na mesma. Questionamos o pq da não entrega e foi o próprio entregador q atendeu, quase não me deixa falar, acabei q respondi a altura da ignorância dele. Péssimo profissional, poderia ter ligado, já q pediu o número do telefone na hora do pedido, mas não, inventou a desculpa de sempre "celular descarregou".... Tinha um belo atendimento, sempre bem atenciosos, mas esse entregador de hj é um dos piores entregadores e atendentes q já vi. Revejam melhor os profissionais de vocês para q não estraguem o serviço de excelência q ainda tem.
I used to always ask for delivery, but on a special date 1/13 the deliveryman changed and they were amazed ... Highly rude boy, did not make the delivery and did not call saying he was having problems in it. We questioned the pq of the non-delivery and it was the delivery man himself who answered, he almost didn't let me talk, I ended up answering the height of his ignorance. Very bad professional, I could have called, since he asked for the phone number at the time of the order, but no, he invented the excuse of always "cell phone unloaded" .... He had a great service, always very attentive, but this delivery guy is one of the worst couriers and attendants I've ever seen. Review your professionals better so they don’t spoil the excellent service you still have.

E por falar do atendimento dos irmãos(proprietários) muito Cortez.
