★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É extremamente difícil comprar alguma coisa nessa loja. Hoje fui comprar um penico para começar a desfraldar meu filho e pela segunda vez fui muito mal atendida. Acho que pelo fato de ter sido apenas um penico. Queria olhar algumas blusas, moletom e itens para mamadeira, mais a vendedora achou que não estava com muita paciência com minha indecisão. Falei que iria voltar com meu filho no sábado pois estava em dúvida no tamanho. Vou em qualquer outra loja balãozinho, mais essa de Jardim Camburi não volto nunca mais.
It is extremely difficult to buy anything at this store. Today I went to buy a potty to start unfurling my son and for the second time I was very poorly attended. I think because it was just a potty. I wanted to look at some blouses, sweatshirts and baby bottle items, but the saleswoman thought she was not very patient with my indecision. I said I would return with my son on Saturday because I was in doubt about the size. I go to any other small balloon store, but this one in Jardim Camburi I will never come back.

Minha tia comprou uma roupa linda e cara pra minha bebê de presente nesta loja, acontece que por questões de saúde minha tia não teve como dar o presente . Passou se dois meses, quando a minha tia pode entregar o presente não cabia mais na neném , entrei em contato com a loja , expliquei a situação e a loja se negou a realizar a troca da roupa ao menos o tamanho. Um absurdo visto que a loja não teria prejuízo algum pelo contrário , eu provavelmente gastaria mais em roupas para minha bebê pq na ocasião ela estava precisando. Não volto mais! Lojas de bebê tem que ser flexível em questões de troca, pois , bebês crescem muito rápido e constantemente perdem as roupas.
The store lacks empathy and sensitivity to customer demands. My aunt bought a beautiful and expensive outfit for my baby as a gift in this store, it turns out that for health reasons my aunt couldn't give the gift. Two months passed, when my aunt could deliver the gift, the baby no longer fits in, I contacted the store, explained the situation and the store refused to change the clothes, at least the size. An absurd since the store would not have any losses on the contrary, I would probably spend more on clothes for my baby because at the time she was in need. I'm not coming back! Baby stores have to be flexible in matters of exchange, as babies grow very fast and constantly lose their clothes.
