Funcionários com muitas brincadeirinhas, em relação a pedido de desconto ate para pagamento a vista , ou até mesmo um brincando com o outro com relação ao cliente tais tipo serve um café, ah só se você pagar e muitas risadinhas. Só comprei pq eu precisava muito, sai de longe e fui até lá. Mas não recomendo

que faz um ano que eles não vende na loja, ou seja o consumidor sai como palhaço...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, fui até a loja para tirar dúvidas sobre a compra de um balcão que eu queria complementar. O funcionário Jefferson me orientou sobre a compra e pediu para entrar em contato pelo whats para finalizar a venda, pois não estão fazendo venda na loja. O transtorno começou ai, pois demora para dar retorno no whatsapp e informações totalmente diferentes do que foi passado pelo atendente, me falaram que não dava para adquirir o balcão do jeito que eu queria e que não podia retirar na loja, sendo que algumas semanas antes havia efetuado uma compra com eles do mesmo jeito. Havia comprado pelo link que eles me passaram e fui retirar na loja. Não fui atendida, não me responderam no whatsapp, tratamento péssimo. No final comprei no concorrente, LM Balcões que fui atendida de forma excelente e adquiri o mesmo balcão que a balcãonet disse que não daria certo.

Horrible service, I went to the store to ask questions about buying a counter that I wanted to complement. The employee Jefferson instructed me on the purchase and asked to contact me by whats to finalize the sale, as they are not selling in the store. The disorder started there, because it takes a long time to get back on WhatsApp and information totally different from what was given by the attendant, told me that I couldn't get the counter the way I wanted and that I couldn't pick it up at the store, being that a few weeks before had made a purchase with them in the same way. I had bought it through the link they gave me and I went to pick it up at the store. I wasn't answered, they didn't answer me on whatsapp, terrible treatment. In the end I bought at the competitor, LM Balcões, which I received in an excellent way and acquired the same counter that Balcãonet said would not work.
