Parece que está fazendo um favor ao nos atender ( isso ocorreu em mais de uma vez em que precisei ir lá), o que indica que esse comportamento deve ser o normal dela. Acho bacana o dono do estabelecimento ficar de olho, porque bom atendimento é a alma de qualquer negócio. infelizmente não perguntei o nome da mal educada e agora não tem como saber, já que não vou mais lá. Mas cabe ao dono ou dona procurar ver quem está " queimando" o ponto.
We really cannot generalize. But there is an extremely rude employee. It seems that she is doing us a favor by serving us (this has happened on more than one occasion when I have had to go there), which indicates that this behavior must be her normal. I think it's nice for the owner of the establishment to keep an eye out, because good service is the soul of any business. unfortunately I didn't ask the name of the rude one and now there's no way to know, since I'm not going there anymore. But it is up to the owner to try to see who is "burning" the point.
