Moro no exterior e fiz toda a compra por Whatsapp, desde a escolha dos figurinos por fotos, negociação do frete, pagamento, etc. Mas o melhor foi a atenção durante o processo de envio, cuidado com os Correios e o suporte até a chegada da encomenda na minha casa. Recomendadissimo!!

I live abroad and made the entire purchase by Whatsapp, from choosing the costumes by photos, negotiating the freight, payment, etc. But the best was the attention during the shipping process, be careful with the post office and the support until the order arrives at my house. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são realmente lindos. Mas a frustração foi bem grande quando minhas filhas pequenas receberam a encomenda e não veio as tiaras. Realmente fui pesquisar e bem embaixo da roupa da Moana, bem embaixo c/letras pequenas está escrito que é vendida separadamente a tiara. Eu pesquisei o site todo quando comprei e não vi vendas de tiaras e a foto ilustrativa tem a tiara até no manequim, se fosse só na menina como figurino até ok. Na minha opinião a foto induz o consumidor a comprar algo que não está sendo vendido ali. Fiquei bem frustrada e chateada pois minhas filhas queriam muito a roupa e se decepcionaram por não vir a tiara junto. Deixo aqui um alerta para outras pessoas que queiram comprar que fiquem atentos.
The products are really beautiful. But the frustration was very great when my young daughters received the order and the tiaras did not come. I really went to research and right under Moana's clothes, right below with small letters it is written that the tiara is sold separately. I searched the whole site when I bought it and I didn't see tiaras sales and the illustrative photo has the tiara even on the mannequin, if it was just the girl as a costume, ok. In my opinion the photo induces the consumer to buy something that is not being sold there. I was very frustrated and upset because my daughters really wanted the clothes and were disappointed not to have the tiara with them. I leave here an alert for other people who want to buy to stay tuned.
