★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá fui encomendar o uniforme da prefeitura para minha filha dia 18/08/21. Disseram que o prazo de entrega era de 15 dias. Liguei diversas vezes cobrando. Me disseram que tiveram um problema com fornecedor. Ou seja, até hj dia 06/10/21 nunca me ligaram para dar satisfação. Me sinto muto insatisfeita com o atendimento.
 Hello, I went to order the city hall uniform for my daughter on 8/18/21. They said the delivery time was 15 days. I called several times charging. They told me they had a problem with a supplier. That is, until today 10/06/21 they never called me to give me satisfaction. I feel very dissatisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estou a procura de uniforme escolar da prefeitura sempre com mal vontade para responder e nem respondeu , quero encomendar o uniforme nesse lugar , mas o atendimento é péssimo , uma má vontade de atender , se não quer atender o povo que encomenda uniforme de colégio público que tire esse local do cadastro.

A total lack of respect. They don't deliver what you order but they keep the money and don't give a satisfaction. Not even on Whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no dia 17/03 e até o momento não recebi os produtos, em nenhum momento me mandaram uma mensagem para explicar a situação, so fui informada após questionar sobre a compra.
Se estiverem procurando por algo pra uma determinada data, aconselho procurar um profissional que tenha compromisso com datas, eles ja me passaram 3 datas diferentes e não cumpriu nenhuma delas.
Agora estou solicitando o cancelamento e o reembolso porque ja foi pago e não tenho retorno via mensgaem, vou ter que ir até a loja tentar resolver, e ainda corro o risco de perder o valor que ja foi pago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiz a compra do uniforme escolar no dia 19/03/2022 me disseram que entregariam em 30 dias dia 19/05/2022 vai fazer 2 meses e nenhum retorno, ligo o telefone só chama, quando atende a pessoa nunca sabe quando vai chegar.
Fui na loja a atendente Josi me atendeu super bem, pegou meus dados porém até hoje ninguém me ligou, apenas mandam mensagem aleatórias no whatssap sem nenhuma certeza, me deram o e-mail de uma tal de Gabriela que dizem ser proprietária, enviei e-mail perguntou meu contato isto no dia 19/04, mas até hoje nenhum retorno.
Hoje voltei na loja a atendente que conversou comigo fez o maior pouco caso.
Definindo a pior loja para se comprar, pois o descaso é enorme e estão totalmente despreparados para fazer atendimento ao público.
