★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um Passeio de balão e ao entrar em contato com a empresa, fui avisado que devido a pandemia não estavam mais fazendo o vôo e que quando voltasse as atividades ela me retornariam marcando uma nova data, porém não retornaram.
Entrei em contato com a empresa e no decorrer da conversa fui várias vezes tratado com desrespeito, chegando a falar que iriam fazer um favor pra mim e no dia marcado tive um contratempo no meio do caminho que resultou na minha ausência e novamente fui desrespeitado pelo atendente.
Quero deixar um adendo à gerência ou os proprietários, trate bem seus clientes, para que os mesmos tragam mais.
I won a balloon ride and when I contacted the company, I was warned that due to the pandemic they were no longer flying and that when activities returned, they would return to me by setting a new date, but they did not.
I contacted the company and in the course of the conversation I was treated with disrespect several times, even saying that they would do me a favor and on the scheduled day I had a setback along the way that resulted in my absence and again I was disrespected by the attendant .
I want to leave an addendum to the management or the owners, treat your customers well, so that they bring more.
