O proprietário Sr Zacarias sequer se prestou o trabalho de nos ouvir, visto que retornaríamos com 30 pessoas para almoçar no dia seguinte. Pagamos caro por um serviço que não é oferecido com qualidade Relacionamento é a base do sucesso de qualquer meio comercial. O lugar teria tudo para dar certo, por conta da baixa concorrência. Mas, lá não voltamos mais!
The place is very beautiful. But the quality of customer service needs to be greatly improved! The owner Mr Zacarias did not even bother to listen to us, as we would return with 30 people for lunch the next day. We pay dearly for a service that is not offered with quality Relationship is the foundation of success for any business. The place would have everything to work because of the low competition. But we won't be back there anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bonito, mas o atendimento é ruim, o local também está um pouco desorganizado quanto ao uso das piscinas, trazendo transtorno principalmente para quem gosta de um ambiente calmo e famíliar, e cobram taxa extra no cartão de crédito sem avisar previamente ao cliente infringindo a lei de defesa do consumidor.
De acordo com a Lei 13.455 , o empreendedor deve informar, em um local e formato visíveis para o consumidor, sobre os eventuais descontos oferecidos de acordo com a forma de pagamento.
Quando o negócio não cumpre essa determinação, fica sujeito a pagar multas com base no Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
Não tenho intenção de voltar ao estabelecimento.

I have no intention of returning to the establishment.
