Mais o atendimento é péssimo,falta capacitação e o trato com o cliente. Cheia de informações desemcontradas,o de vc entende que a pessoa não quer te atender ou te disponibilizar o produto, precisava de algo do armarinho e a atendente me disse que tipo assim o chefe dela mandou dizer que não tinha pq já tava tudo vendido a cor que eu queria,antes de eu pedir outra cor ela disse que todas estava vendidas. Trabalho ha 8 anos com o público e minha prioridade é prezar pela qualidade de um atendimento satisfatório .

Encontrei alguns temas mas não o que eu estava procurando, pois é um tema difícil, o atendimento deixou a desejar na hora do pagamento paguei com cartão de crédito e atendente entendeu débito e o meu cartão não passava, senti que ela foi ríspida comigo, como se eu não pudesse pagar os produtos, e não gostei da diferenciação acredito que os estabelecimentos tem que atender bem os seus clientes, independente do poder aquisitivo, me senti constrangida, enfim, só volto no local se for por muita necessidade.
