★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa mau-caráter. Pegam carros avariados e mal cuidados e colocam para vender como se fosse carro bom, sem critério nenhum de qualidade. Comprei um carro semi-novo no final do ano passado e só me deu dor de cabeça. Me venderam como se estivesse em ótimo estado, inclusive apresentando uma cautelar, mas na verdade a parte mecânica do automóvel está a nível de ferro velho. Me enrolaram até acabar a garantia com consertos fajutos e só tomei prejuízo. Fica o alerta para todos que pretendem fazer negócio com essa empresa. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma.
Bad company. They take damaged and poorly maintained cars and sell them as if it were a good car, without any quality criteria. I bought a semi-new car at the end of last year and it just gave me a headache. They sold me as if it was in excellent condition, including presenting a precautionary measure, but in fact the mechanical part of the car is at the junkyard level. They rolled me over until the warranty ended with fake repairs and I only took damage. This is a warning to anyone who intends to do business with this company. I don't recommend it under any circumstances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito com o cliente, não passam informações. Deixei o meu carro na oficina e não consigo respostas sobre a execução do serviço, nem prazo de finalização. Passei horas ligando atrás de respostas sem sucesso. A atendente Beatriz diz que somente a consultora pode passar as informações. A consultora nunca está disponível. Pedi para falar com o gerente e a Beatriz me disse que ele não estava na loja. Isso é um absurdo, muita incompetência. Se não tem funcionários suficientes, contratem mais. Se os atuais funcionários são tão incompetentes assim, forneçam treinamento adequado ou demitam eles. Como cliente, que vai pagar bem caro pelos serviços, mereço e exijo respostas. Não é nenhum favor me manterem informada, é a sua obrigação!
Disrespect for the customer, they don't pass on information. I left my car at the workshop and I can't get answers about the execution of the service, nor the deadline for completion. I spent hours calling for answers to no avail. The attendant Beatriz says that only the consultant can pass on the information. The consultant is never available. I asked to speak with the manager and Beatriz told me he wasn't at the store. This is absurd, a lot of incompetence. If you don't have enough employees, hire more. If current employees are that incompetent, provide adequate training or fire them. As a customer, who will pay dearly for services, I deserve and demand answers. It's no favor to keep me informed, it's your obligation!
