Inicialmente escolhi um imóvel na Baixada Santista com um corretor também maravilhoso - Vinícius Morelli - ele nos mostrou dois imóveis e já no segundo imóvel nos encantamos e se encaixou com o perfil que estávamos procurando (pé na areia).
Na negociação optamos por financiar parte do imóvel ,momento que fomos indicados pelo Vinícius à Gaby!!
Ela nos pediu a documentação necessária e nos mostrou muito profissionalismo e conhecimento nas questões bancárias !!
Em menos de 20 dias o nosso financiamento surpreendentemente saiu e na sequência fizemos todos os trâmites para pagamento do ITBI e o consecutivo encaminhamento do contrato ao Banco responsável pelo financiamento !!
Em resumo estávamos com as chaves do apto em 35 dias !!!
Tenho a certeza que se não fosse pelo trabalho da Gaby - Balluate Financiamentos não pegaríamos as chaves do apto tão rapidamente !!
Só tenho à agradecer … e quem me pergunta sobre imóvel rapidamente indico essa super dupla ??????
Gaby's service was exceptional!!!
Initially I chose a property in Baixada Santista with a wonderful realtor - Vinícius Morelli - he showed us two properties and in the second property we were delighted and it fit the profile we were looking for (foot in the sand).
In the negotiation, we chose to finance part of the property, when we were indicated by Vinícius to Gaby!!
She asked us for the necessary documentation and showed us a lot of professionalism and knowledge in banking matters!!
In less than 20 days, our financing came out surprisingly and afterwards we made all the procedures for payment of the ITBI and the subsequent forwarding of the contract to the Bank responsible for the financing!!
In short, we had the keys to the apartment in 35 days !!!
I'm sure that if it weren't for the work of Gaby - Balluate Financiamentos we wouldn't get the keys to the apartment so quickly!!
I just have to thank you... and whoever asks me about property quickly I nominate this super duo ??????
