★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada boa, chalé espaçoso, camas e ar condicionado excelentes, comida de primeira qualidade!
Pontos negativos : a ducha do banheiro, a pia vazando, o "wi fi" não funcionou nos últimos dias e a persianas deixam um pouco de claridade no quarto pra quem gosta de dormir até um pouco mais tarde. Como toda pousada no local o café é servido só até as 9 h. Um bom custo benefício!
 Good hostel, spacious cottage, excellent beds and air conditioning, top quality food!
Negative points: the shower in the bathroom, the sink leaking, the "wi fi" did not work in recent days and the blinds leave a little light in the room for those who like to sleep a little later. Like every inn on site, breakfast is only served until 9 am. A good value for money!

Chegamos cansados,tivemos que esperar o quarto ser limpo,sendo que chegamos cansados e um cara sem a mínima educação e gentileza,totalmente despreparado para o trato com clientes.O ar-condicionado do quarto em que ficamos estava pingando água formando uma lagoa ao lado da cama ou seja entupido por falta de manutenção,sem falar nas formigas adentrando o quarto e as moscas na área da refeição impossibilitando até de se tomar um café tranquilamente sendo que a lixeira fica bem ao lado da área de alimentação. Pretendo retornar à cidade de Tutoia mas nunca a essa pousada que mais parece uma espelunca.
First of all terrible reception. It was me and my husband for the holiday of September 7th and it was a total disappointment. We arrived tired, we had to wait for the room to be cleaned, and we arrived tired and a guy without the least education and kindness, totally unprepared for dealing with customers. from the bed or is clogged due to lack of maintenance, not to mention the ants entering the room and the flies in the meal area, making it impossible to even have a coffee peacefully, as the trash is right next to the eating area. I intend to return to the city of Tutoia but never to this inn that looks more like a dive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place. Excellent customer service and beautiful grounds. The room was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had hot water. A plus for someone from the U.S.. I would definitely stay there again.
