★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very noisy, dining area is not comfortable.. They are not ready for an early visit, expect to wait some. Popular with locals and fair prices. New location. New crew. New waiters bumping our chairs, we spilled food all over ourselves. Asked for Spring Roll, we got tough to chew beef. Same for the yokiasaba, tough beef and mushy overcooked noodles. Sidewalk is blocked, we had to watch out for cars while we walked in the street. Slow service and I saw 4 waiters eating drinking in a corner.
