★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é TOP, porém estava em promoção de 70% e penso q eles não esperavam tanto público. Fila para o provador, para pagar.O pior era não ter nenhuma funcionária para ajudar a achar o q queríamos. Mas isso é atípico. Nos dias normais o atendimento é impecável!
The place is TOP, however it was on 70% promotion and I think they did not expect so much audience. Queue for the taster, to pay. The worst was to have no staff to help find what we wanted. But this is atypical. On normal days the service is impeccable!

Extremely friendly valet, on the other hand, the service at the store is terrible, my mother and I went with the intention of buying some pieces, but the attendant was extremely rude. For a store of this standard, this is not what was expected.. we left with nothing.

Fácil estacionar.
Fui até a loja procurando uma calça branca, e a colaboradora q me atendeu, q infelizmente não me lembro o nome dela, foi de uma sutileza e elegância p me atender incrível, que sem me vender nada, acabei saindo da loja sem a calça branca, pois eles não tinham como eu gostaria, mas em compensação sai c 7 itens q nem sabia q eu estava precisando...
Ela foi conversando comigo, identificou a minha viagem, e foi me sugerindo como opção ou como algo p eu conhecer produtos que fizessem sentido p eu usar na viagem... sem me perguntar p onde iria...apenas escutando um pouco das informações q eu passava p ela...
Não sei se essa postura faz parte do treinamento da equipe ou se é algo particular dela, mas o atendimento foi impecável e extremamente elegante... parabéns ???

I don't know if this attitude is part of the team's training or if it's something particular to her, but the service was impeccable and extremely elegant... congratulations ???
