Tenho uma impressora HP Ink Tank Wireless 416. Ela está acendendo a luz de erro dos cartuchos. Mas quando faço reset na mesma, ela imprime uma folha com a cor preta e todas as outras cores muito nítido. O que será este problema. Acredito que não seja os cartuchos queimados pois, entendo que se fosse isto ela não imprimiria a folha após o reset.
Desde já agradeço.
Good afternoon,
I have an HP Ink Tank Wireless 416 printer. It is turning on the cartridge error light. But when I reset it, it prints a sheet with black color and all other colors very clear. What will this problem be. I believe that it is not the burnt cartridges because, I understand that if it were this it would not print the sheet after the reset.
