★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no bairro há quase 5 anos, e sempre que preciso compro nessa banca, inclusive por algumas vezes recarrego meu bilhete único, ontem dia 10/01 fiz uma recarga por volta das 11 da manhã e uma senhora me atendeu, como já conhecia e a mesma não me deu comprovante deixei pra lá,a tarde qdo utilizei o bilhete não tinha a recarga, até aí tudo bem, afinal erros acontecem, como não deu pra voltar ontem pois fui trabalhar, voltei hj pra explicar a senhora duvidou da minha palavra, foi grosseira e ainda me pediu o comprovante, e não acreditou que não tinha me dado, recarregou me xingando, e pediu pra não voltar mais, se essa banca fosse o mínimo organizada e controlasse o caixa ia ver que estava sobrando os 13,20 ontem no fim do dia, lamentável mesmo! Tomem cuidado com essa banca, além de grosseira a senhora em questão tem sérios problemas de caráter! Sou honesto, se fosse pra ser desonesto não iria me sujar por 13,20! Ridículo
 I live in the neighborhood for almost 5 years, and whenever I need to buy at this newsstand, even sometimes I refill my single ticket, yesterday 10/01 did a refill around 11 am and a lady answered me, as I already knew and same did not give me proof left it, the afternoon when I used the ticket did not have the refill, so far so good, after all mistakes happen, as I could not go back yesterday because I went to work, I came back to explain you doubted my word, was rude and still asked me for the voucher, and did not believe he had not given me, reloaded cursing me, and asked not to come back, if this newsstand was the least organized and controlled the cashier would see that it was remaining 13.20 yesterday at the end of the day, really unfortunate! Be careful with this newsstand, as well as rude the lady in question has serious character problems! I am honest, if it were to be dishonest I would not get dirty for 13.20! Ridiculous
